Hollmann Beletage has a simple basic idea which it does share with many others but which is actually implemented only in very few cases: "Every guest should feel at home, far away from home!". How is this promise to be kept? There are some essential conditions, starting with the size of the hotel: 9 spacious to very spacious rooms in a neat, noble house that was built in the 19th century in the heart of Vienna's old town individually accommodates a maximum of 18 guests. From May 2006 there will be 7 more rooms in a fabulous design and a unique spa-oasis where guests will be able to withdraw from the city life.
